Safety for you in your home is paramount to us; we have been inspected and accepted as a competent electrical installer by the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) regulatory body.

As a guarantee of good work, all NICEIC Members must issue certificates for all work carried out in accordance with the national standard BS 7671. Furthermore, all work required to be carried out to Building Regulations Compliance (Part P) is notified by us to the NICEIC and your Local Authority and this said work will therefore be covered by the NICEIC Warranty. If within six years of the work being carried out the customer makes a formal complaint to the NICEIC that the certified work does not comply with the regulations, any further work that is necessary to make the certified work compliant will be carried out by the NICEIC at no extra expense to you. The NICEIC Warranty is underwritten by Hiscox Insurance Company Ltd.

The NICEIC expects its members to provide quality services to customers so, subject to certain limitations and conditions, if a customer and an NICEIC Member are unable to resolve an alleged deficiency in the technical standard of electrical work, the customer can make a formal complaint to the NICEIC. All complaints falling within the scope of the NICEIC complaints procedure will be investigated.
